These are some classes I offer that can be lead in your studio. Length of time can be flexible. Price shows what I've charged per person in the past.
We can communicate about what the split would be if you hosted any of these classes.
Also known as a 'Sound Bath' or 'Adult Nap Time (with Singing Bowls)' where I play my singing bowls (crystal and Tibetan) while people can lay down and take in the sound waves. Yoga mats and possibly blankets are needed.
Length of Time: 60 to 90 minutes
*I can do this for a shorter period of time at the end of a yoga class.
(for People Who Can't Meditate)
I've been meditating for 10 years and teaching it for 7. I not only teach HOW to meditate, but also blow through limiting beliefs, give modern day meditation tips, and guide each student to make a commitment to a daily practice at the end of the workshop. The things I cover aren't taught in other meditation workshops.
Length: 2 - 3 hours
I can lead various types of meditations. People wouldn't need to have prior meditation experience. I can walk them through the process.
Length: 20 - 60 minutes
Price: Free (as an add-on to an event you are having) or $10 - $15
Attendees can expect to experience a deeper connection with themselves as well as others in the group through centering exercises and partner activities. People will leave feeling more seen, open and ready to thrive.
Length: 60 - 120 minutes (or more)
Price: $15 - $30
Intro to Reiki Class
I'm one of the few Teachers in the Midwest that teaches this Eastern Form of Reiki - meaning it's as the original founder taught it.
In this class I'll teach basics of Reiki healing - the history, western vs. eastern, how to tap into the reiki energy each day, and what it can help heal.
At the end of the class, I'll pitch them my upcoming certification seminars. You'll get a commission from each person that signs up.
Length: 1 hour
Commission: Can discuss
